Internship Event Management & Artist Handling
Liquicity is a rapidly growing record label and event organizer with a worldwide fan base. To support the event department, we are looking for a new intern who wants to learn the ins and outs of event production and artist handling, plus play a part in our events across Europe and of course the Liquicity Winterfestival.
During the internship you will work closely with and will be guided by our head of events and our artist handler. You will work alongside our experienced crew in Amsterdam and with our full-time guidance you’ll quickly become a part of the Liquicity Winterfestival core crew.
- Duration: September 2025 – February 2026, approximately 32 hours a week.
- Office location: Amsterdam
Activities
- Working on the pre-production of all Liquicity shows throughout Europe.
- Working during (some of the) Liquicity shows, handling productional tasks and assisting with artist handling. You’ll play a pivotal part in smoothly running the events, including Liquicity Winterfestival.
- Assisting with the advancing of all our shows, booking flights and hotels, create and send itineraries.
- Assisting with the booking of artists and other acts, with the chance of putting your mark on our shows.
- Taking on various other tasks for the events.
- Daily assistance with office activities.
What you got
- You have an affinity with drum&bass, electronic music and a passion for events.
- You are available for +/- 32 hours per week. Working from home is possible. We prefer to have you in the office for at least 16 hours per week
- You live in the Netherlands, preferably close to Amsterdam, or can relocate for the duration of the internship.
- You master the English & the Dutch language (speech and writing).
- Taking responsibility and ownership gives you energy.
- You like to come up with new creative ideas.
- You are communicative, proactive, flexible and you have a positive approach.
- You are well organized and capable of switching between a wide variety of tasks.
- You are in possession of a laptop.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and office applications in general (Dropbox, Gmail etc).
What gives you an advantage
- Knowledge and work experience in the music and events industry.
- You are currently enrolled in a study related to event management.
- Knowledge of working with workflow programs such as Notion and Slack.
- Working with sheets and data doesn’t scare you, and any experience with AI tooling is more than welcome.
