FAQ

Claim free music means that content creators can use music from Liquicity Records (with exceptions) in their creative content and monetize such content without getting copyright or DMCA claims.

No, you cannot use the music for any type of content directly selling a third-party product. These include, but are not limited, to TV advertisements, online advertisements, video game soundtracks, movies soundtracks or movie trailers. If you do want to use Liquicity music for such content, you need a commercial license. Please contact office@liquicity.com.

There is a great amount of tracks that you can use without being scared of getting any kind of claim if you are an Astronaut. Please see the list here or directly listen to the tracks in these playlists: Liquicity Records & Galacy Records OR DMCA Free Drum & Bass.

No, you cannot. Most of the tracks are available but there are tracks that you cannot use, please refer to the following list of unusable tracks.

You only have to take action if you choose to upload your video to YouTube. Once you’ve uploaded your video to YouTube (publicly or unlisted) it will most likely prompt an automatic claim for the ad revenue. You can remove this claim by submitting a link to the video in your Liquicity Astronauts portal.

Once submitted the claim should be removed within a couple of days. For Twitch you should never receive any automatic claim whatsoever.

No, only separate videos can be cleared of claims.

If you are part of the Liquicity Astronauts program your Twitch channel should automatically never receive any claims.

Yes, if you are a member of the Astronauts program, you can monetize all your videos without Liquicity claiming your ad revenue.

Most tracks from the Liquicity store can be used but there are certain exclusions from the Liquicity Astronauts program. So ALWAYS make sure to only use music from these playlists: Liquicity Records & Galacy Records OR DMCA Free Drum & Bass.

Astronauts can only use the music in Liquicity Records & Galacy Records  OR DMCA Free Drum & Bass without it being claimed. Furthermore, they cannot use the music for any content directly promoting a third-party product. There are no limitations on the amount of content you make using the claim-free music.

No, if you are any form of corporate entity and want to use Liquicity music for commercial purposes, you need a commercial license. Please refer to office@liquicity.com.

There is no limit to how many channels you can add to the program. However, you do have to own all of the channels yourself. You are not allowed to clear videos or channels of friends. If you do so, you will get blocked for the program.

You are not required to credit but of course it is always welcome in order to support the artist and Liquicity.
